When our P31 women get together, we….master…mind. In our meetings, we get excited when our women boldly and confidently share their biggest dreams. There’s nothing weird or outrageous with wanting to run for a local office and redevelop a rundown neighborhood, takeover Beachbody, start a tech company, crush it on Etsy, own a bank, start a fashion line, open a beauty school, start an organic product line, or…run for President! No matter what your goal, you can be assured that you will get:

In the WOHM Mastermind we also have group life coaching sessions to:
- give you strategies on managing it all,
- discuss important and sensitive topics that shouldn’t be avoided,
- help you develop and maintain your own daily success plan,
- help you have better understanding of what’s going on,

Our group sessions are jammed packed with so much goodness and support to propel your success. But because Tes is fully invested in your progression, she offers each member a bi-weekly accountability check-in to ensure you are doing what you have said you would do.

We keep each cohort limited to 10 women to ensure you get the full benefit of a real mastermind. When masterminds have the right amount of members, the depth of impact is deep and the commitment of the members is strong. Because the women in our mastermind have big goals, they are in it for the long haul and benefit from a steady and stable environment. This decision is in the best interest of our women.

In addition to an ethics and integrity screening, each member must also sign a legal non-disclosure. A non-disclosure means, each member abides by the agreement that what is said in the group, stays in the group. If you have something that you feel needs the additional protection of a patent, we have professional partners that you can reach out to for assistance.

We do our best to carefully place members in a cohort where we feel you would best fit in. Under rare circumstances, we may suggest another cohort. If that still does not work out, being in group may not be for you. We also offer one-on-one coaching as a service for a higher investment cost. For some women, it truly is not a matter of fitting in, but rather needing one-on-one coaching. Contact us for more information.

Absolutely not. We try to steer quite far from religion.
Again, this is not a religious group, but rather a group of spirited women who recognize and honor the supreme existence of god and taps into that power.
We welcome you to join the group to to grow your business with the understanding that you will be exposed to conversation that mention the big G-O-D, the Universe, or whatever you refer to that source energy of all of life.
We do not tolerate theological discussions.
If this is more than you want to participate in, we understand and love you just the same. It’s totally okay. Maybe later.

Because of everything you are getting, which is valued much higher that what you would actually pay, our women consider it more of a small investment than a cost. What you are investing in is your potential success. Every time you make a payment, you are doing so with the expectation to get something in return. For about $5 a day, you are getting business support, life coaching, 1x1 check-ins, resources, training, and sisterhood….all-in-one! You spend more than that on your daily Starbucks latte or green juice.

No way! If you need to pay in smaller increments to align with your financial situation, we have payment options that hopefully work for you. However, if you do choose to pay the full 12 months in a single payment, your personal investment is discounted 15%.

We understand that things come up in life that cause us to make some shifts. If you have already paid in full, we take these cancellations on a case by case basis and refund as appropriate. If you decide that, eh, you just want to cancel, please know that we do not force membership on anyone! You will only be financially responsible for the current and next month plus the surrender of any special discounts.
Although we still love you and root for your success, we do not want anyone hanging around that does not want to be there. Because we are a sisterhood, it is in everyone’s best interest for every active member to be fully committed and contributing to the synergy of the group. Here is where trusting the process begins. Each mastermind cohort is carefully organized and facilitated by Tes Turner. There are many factors used in member placement. This is to best ensure that members are in groups where personalities agree, goals do not conflict, time zones are compatible, and journeys align. For your benefit, there may be a small waiting period up to a month before placement is made. If there is a small waiting period, we still have some great tools for you to begin using in the interim.
